The site is a combination of apartment blocks and town houses totalling some 70 units. The developer wanted the residents to be able to control access to the residential complex from inside their dwelling. Access Control Automation proposed and installed a ‘heavy usage’ main gate & its automation system plus a video/entry ‘phone system linking it to the individual apartments & town houses. The client has a maintenance contract with 2 service visits each year and a ‘special’ emergency call out procedure

An upmarket Mews development in Brighton

Access Control Automation installed 4 automatic gates linked to a video entry ‘phone system and fitted automatic garage doors to each of the houses. Installed some 15 years ago the systems are still running efficiently & effectively
